ARThouse Gallery is owned and operated by InterFaith Shelter Network (IFSN)—a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization—serving homeless men, women, and children in Sonoma County. IFSN was implemented in 1989 in the hearts of philanthropic men and women who recognized a growing need for homeless shelter, housing and services in our community and operated the "cold-weather" emergency shelter located at the armory in Santa Rosa for more than fifteen years. In 1999, IFSN developed the Transitional Housing Program, and now operates ten programs in fourteen facilities. IFSN provides a foundation of housing with critically important supportive services, including: comprehensive case-management, individual and group counseling, employment and benefit guidance, rehabilitation, educational and skill-building services and "Art Process Group". The art produced by our client's is for sale and the proceeds directly benefit them. In addition, a percentage of commissions from ALL art work sold at this gallery goes directly to helping those less fortunate help themselves!
IFSN provides housing and a “hand up” for homeless men, women and children in Sonoma County, in an atmosphere of dignity, respect and kindness, towards an outcome of empowerment, self-sufficiency and independence! For more information about our organization, please visit our website.
